Purpose of contributions
Contributions help with the creator’s cancer-treatment expenses and the cost of operating this project. Their gross USD amount also advances the shared world-border goals. They do not buy land, an exclusive item or any medical service.
Requesting a refund
Contact the operator using the details below, with your private contribution ID or Stripe receipt, approximate payment date and the amount. Never send full card numbers or card security codes. Requests are reviewed individually, including duplicate charges, unauthorized payments and technical errors. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe and the payment provider. Your private receipt records the refund amount and status once confirmed. Partial and full refunds are supported in the financial ledger.
The world never shrinks because of a refund
Already completed expansions stay unlocked for everyone. Refunds and disputes are recorded separately from gross funding and do not remove land. The operator bears the financial impact, including processing fees. World progression is not evidence that a refund has been denied.
Disputes and mistaken payments
If you suspect an unauthorized payment, contact the operator and your payment provider promptly. We preserve payment and allocation records to investigate disputes. No individual player receives land, resources or other gameplay benefits in exchange for a contribution.
